Reunion day format
Please register in the lobby area.
We will have name badges prepared.
We'd be grateful for a voluntary donation to cover the hire of Capron House, and reasonable expenses. We would anticipate no more than £3 per head. Any monies left over will be donated to a local charity.
If you have special needs please let us know well in advance.
Please use the free car park opposite the school. The Quad is reserved for organisers and disabled parking.
Capron House are providing a bar and staff for our use and enjoyment, without charging us for running it. We'd be very grateful if you did not bring alcoholic drinks into Capron House. It's part of our contract of hire of the facilities.

Now to the timing -
12:30 pm - Doors open.
Come and go as you please, don't forget to bring a picnic.
The bar will open through the day and into the evening.
6 pm - Gather everybody together for about 15 minutes. A few (very) short
speeches to remember Luke and Vera
6:20 pm - Enjoy the evening, the bar remains open.
The hog roast will be ready shortly after the speeches
11pm - Doors close.

Wheelchair access.
Capron House informs us that there is wheelchair access to the front and rear of the building.
Ladies toilets are up and down some steps on the ground floor, gents toilets are upstairs. Capron House also has the keys to the disabled toilets in the public car park opposite.
Please keep your personal possessions with you at all times.
Registration will be simple, a tick in the box, confirming name and e-mail address and year that you left Midhurst.
Please keep the badges if you leave Capron House. They may be required for re-entry.
